Tonight’s focus is: “Thanksgiving: Gratitude & Loving Kindness.” It’s a lovely way to end your Thanksgiving Holiday. And, couldn’t we all use a little bit of loving kindness in our day?
Our one-hour practice will include gentle stretching, followed by guided, walking, and silent meditation in an encouraging and nurturing environment. Even if you’ve never sat in dedicated quiet before, you will enjoy bountiful benefits for the body and a more peaceful mind.
Our Holiday Meditation practices are offered on a “donation” basis. Your gift supports expenses at the studio. Thank you for your kindness.
