If you’re wondering why this adorable bobcat kitten is looking at you … you’ll have to wait ’til the end of this post.
My mom had this habit of always being early for things. She went to doctor’s appointments early, even though the doctor never was. She went to stores before they opened. If she said she was going to call you at 8 a.m., she’d probably call at 7. We were almost always the first ones to arrive at church (“God will have time to hear our prayers before everyone else gets there.”)
Which is my mom would ask you: What’s stopping you from starting your New Year’s Resolution to do more Yoga … a little early?
Here’s your chance …
December 31, Saturday, New Year’s Eve Morning Yoga: It’s our traditional Kundalini-inspired Yoga class that will wring out the old and freshen up your energy for the New Year. 9:30 a.m.
$13 for Morning Yoga.
My mom would also say, “Always take advantage of a good deal.” And, so …
… IF YOU … Register and pay for the full 2017 Winter session on Saturday, your New Year’s Eve class is FREE!
(I had scheduled an inversion workshop to follow the Yoga class, but some of you — who are much smarter than me — talked me into postponing it to a better day and time. So, we’ll do that another time.)
Then start the New Year right by creating a little space in your heart with a peaceful, contemplative meditation practice.

WAIT! Don’t go yet … about that bobcat …
Please don’t throw away your empty paper towel cardboard rolls. The Wildlife Center of Virginia needs them!
They have a bobcat kitten.
Awww … So Cute!
They fill the empty towel rolls with the kitten’s food and send it through the cage chute to him. Yes, this is how you feed bobcats. The Center is fresh out of empty paper towel rolls, so please save yours and bring them to class.
(And, yes, the bear cubs still need your brown paper grocery bags, too!)
Thank you for ALL the nice things you do to help the Wildlife Center of Virginia!
I hope to see you soon! Thank you, as always, for being part of the Peaceful Hands family. You inspire me and warm my heart in so many ways!
