Winter Yoga ~ Begins Monday, January 9 (Yay!)

Thank you so much for your patience!

An update on Randy can be found here: The Only Broken Hip In Baseball.

Thank you for your understanding as I needed to cancel classes last week. My own Yoga practice has been spotty at best these past few days, so I look forward to seeing you on the mat this week!

Oh, and how did things work out for Fred and Ginger? Pretty well. Watch:

  1. Really looking forward to Yoga tomorrow. Also, have you had time think about rescheduling the inversion class?

    • I won’t be able to get back to a regular massage schedule for several weeks … and I have friends who will be helping out with Randy so that I can at least teach my regular Yoga classes. We have a long road ahead in rehab and healing so I won’t be thinking about any additional workshops for quite awhile, I’m afraid.

      • In a couple of weeks, the whole world will be turned upside down, so no need for inversions any time soon!
