“Practicing with total attention within the body is advanced Yoga, no matter how easy the posture. Practicing with your attention scattered is the practice of a beginner, no matter how difficult the pose.” ~ H. David Coulter, author of The Anatomy of Hatha Yoga
Just some quick tidying up of the Peaceful Hands Yoga Mo’Spring calendar.
I asked. You answered. And, the consensus is …
YES, there will be Yoga classes next Monday, May 29 … Memorial Day.
Classes at 4:30 and 6:00 p.m.
If you’re registered in the 8-week session but unable to make it that day, you’re welcome to make-up the class on another class day during this current session.
I’ll keep you posted if a schedule complication arises in June (I have one “iffy” Monday coming up, but won’t know about that for another week). So for now … we’re good!
Peaceful Hands Yoga
Classes on Mondays & Wednesdays
4:30 pm ~ Level 1
6:00 pm ~ Level 1 / Level 2 Blend
It’s never too late to do Yoga. It’s never too late to join a session. It’s never too late to unroll your mat at Peaceful Hands (and if you don’t have a mat, we’ll loan you one!).
General Class Info is here.
Thank you for being flexible — on the mat and off of it! I hope to see you soon!
