Monday, August 7 ~ Yoga Nidra
Level 1 at 4:30 p.m. … Level 1 / Level 2 at 6:00 p.m.
Yoga Nidra is a classic practice, focused on quieting and calming the mind and spirit. Not as much movement as a regular on-the-mat practice, the foundation of Yoga Nidra is a beautiful and revitalizing guided meditation. There is a much (much) longer relaxation segment, so bring an extra layer or covering or pillow if you like. (No napping!)
Wednesday, August 9 ~ Sun ‘n’ Moon
Level 1 at 4:30 p.m. … Level 1 / Level 2 at 6:00 p.m.
Classic Sun Salutations — Surya Namaskar — energize the body, warm and lubricate the joints, and stretch you to your edges.
Moon Salutations — Chandra Namaskar — cool the flow, soften the heart, and ease the mind.
Knit them together into a single class? Why that’s so crazy it just might work. Let’s do it.

Saturday, August 12 at 9:30 a.m. ~ “Sweet 16” with Margaret Leary
Join one of my favorite Yoga and natural health instructors Margaret Leary and experience her “Sweet 16” energy flow series, based on the Resistance Flexibility Strength Training (RFST) system. Margaret’s wonderful practice will blend exercise, movement, stretching, and isometric resisting. It cleanses and strengthens the physical body, and its effects will be felt even more deeply.
