Just two weeks — and five classes — of YogaPaloozaX left!
Here’s this week in YogaPaloozaville — three unique, inspiring Yoga practices:
MONDAY, AUGUST 21 ~ 4:30 & 6:00 p.m. ~ Tibetan Yantra Yoga
Tibetan Yantra Yoga is special practice made up of unique Yoga sequences that knit together breath and movement. The result? A moving practice that loosens the joints and frees energy on a very deep level.
(No Class on Wednesday, August 23.)
FRIDAY, AUGUST 25 ~ 4:30 & 6:00 p.m. ~ Yin Yoga
Holding Yin Yoga poses for many focused breaths allows you to let go and say “ahhhh.” This traditional practice releases the muscles, helps to free up restrictions in connective tissue, and has a deeply relaxing and soothing effect on the mind.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 26 ~ 9:30 a.m. ~ Earth Wind & Fire
Ayurveda, the science of Yoga, reminds us that we are earth … wind … and fire. This Ayurvedic-inspired practice will honor those elements within us as they relate to the physical body, the mind, and our natural energetic tendencies.
Monday & Friday Classes This Week
4:30 p.m. Level One | 6:00 p.m. Level One/Two
9:30 a.m. Level One/Two
Summer’s winding down and we’re in the home stretch of YogaPaloozaX … just FIVE classes left.
If you’re keeping track, we have one added class to the calendar so YogaPaloozaX will extend through Wednesday, August 30. Also one other change: our fall sesh’ will begin the week after Labor Day … on Monday, September 11.
