Monday, August 13 ~ Magical Mystery Yoga, 4:30 p.m. & 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday, August 15 ~ Yoga Nidra, 4:30 p.m. & 6:00 p.m.
Yoga Nidra is a classic practice, focused on quieting and calming the mind and spirit. Not as much movement as a regular on-the-mat practice, the foundation of Yoga Nidra is a beautiful and revitalizing guided meditation. There is a much (much) longer relaxation segment, so bring an extra layer or covering or pillow if you like. (No napping!)
Three weeks – and seven classes – of YogaPalooza left, including a Saturday class coming up next week. So, there’s plenty of time to get some classes in. Why not stop by?
Here’s a special sneak preview of next week’s classes in a poem I call “YogaPaHaiku”
