Saturday Yoga ~ Move Into Stillness With Christina

YogaPalooza 2019 has three Saturday morning Yoga classes on tap for your summer, and the first one is this Saturday, July 13!

Join special guest instructor Christina Dean for a 9:30 a.m. morning class – “Move Into Stillness.

Christina shared a special class with us at YogaPalooza last year and I’m excited that she’s joining us again this year!

“Move Into Stillness,” created just for YogaPalooza, will include a fun flow followed by a journey “yinside”, allowing for deep stretch, release, and reflection. Perfect for those looking to find balance at the start of their weekend!

We’ll each be using a pair of Yoga blocks with this practice and if you happen to have a pair of blocks at home, please bring them on Saturday, just to make sure we have enough for everyone. ~ Thanks!

Christina specializes in private Yoga instruction for those new to Yoga and also teaches at Ashtanga Yoga of Charlottesville and ACAC. She fuses Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin traditions into a truly unique practice.

If you’re already registered in the YogaPalooza session your Saturday class is included as part of your Unlimited session … or … it counts as one class if you’re taking the 8- or 10-Class Session.

Drop In’s are welcome, too! Drop-In Fee: $13

Saturday, July 13, 9:30 a.m.
