Let’s make it official. As part of the COVID-19 mitigation effort, there will be no Yoga classes at Peaceful Hands Yoga until further notice.
But, I am putting together little online sessions for you. Each one will run about 30-60 minutes — you’ll be able to tighten things up if you’re short on time, or if you’re in need of more ahhhh, you can stretch the practice out.
I don’t want to bother people who aren’t interested, so if you would like to receive these online sequences — they come with pictures, instructions from me that you will recognize, and other information. You can print them or just scroll from your computer. Audio is included with some. (Video? Maybe … but for now just written, illustrated, and audio.) But, you have to sign up via email to receive them.
To receive Peaceful Hands Yoga From Home sequences from me do this:

- Give me your name in the email. (If you’re not one of my students, you can still receive my sequences … everybody can use a little Yoga during this challenging time!)
You can sign-up at any point today or in the days ahead, and I’ll add you to the list. I’ll aim to send out one practice a week. Maybe two.
These are pretty low-tech sequences … this is new software that I’m using, so there’s a learning curve for me. Please give it a whirl. And, then email me and let me know how it worked for you. I can make adjustments as we go, based on your suggestions, or if you don’t find it useful, that’s fine, too. Just let me know.
These are uncharted waters for all of us … so, let’s see if a little home Yoga can see us through this time and allow our Peaceful Hands family to stay together … even when we have to stay apart.
