Peaceful Hands offers Yoga classes in-studio in Orange, Virginia, in the park (spring/summer), and virtually with a growing archive of 100+ easy-to-stream audio practices.

The Peaceful Hands Ether Studio offers a growing archive of easy-streaming audio classes, as well as Premium Content, and a discount on in-person classes.

Classes are by pre-registration only. To register, be sure to review the class information below and then email me at jackie@peacefulhands.com to reserve your spot.

CLASS INFO

Attendance in class is by pre-registration only.  Class sign-up information follows in the “sign up” section below.

1) Mats are spaced – using “mat pocket” markings on the floor. This limits the amount of space available in a class, but offers you ample room to spread out.

2) You may bring your own props to class, but props and studio mats are available for your use.

3) The front door is opened about 15 minutes before class. Once you come in, it’s “Yoga Time” – unroll your mat and settle in for your practice.

Please cancel your spot in class if you are experiencing any covid-related symptoms or any other illness. Err on the side of caution, please.

Also, do not come to class if you have been exposed to covid. If you aren’t sure if you should come to class, contact me at jackie@peacefulhands.com and we’ll figure it out together.

SIGNING UP

You may sign up for a class at any time, so long as space is available. Classes at this time are limited to 15 students, to ensure adequate space and comfort.

To reserve a spot in a class or classes, send an email to jackie@peacefulhands.com with the class spot(s) you wish to reserve. You will receive an email confirming your sign-ups.

You must pre-register to attend a class.

You pay only for the classes that you reserve and take. If you need to cancel your spot, let me know as soon as possible. (Those who fail to cancel their reserved spot will be asked to cover the cost of the spot they reserved.)

Don’t be afraid to sign up on the “wait list.” Spots often come open and it’s likely you will get in to the class you want.
