Join us for a peaceful outdoor Yoga practice in one of the most serene and perfect spots in Madison County.

OK, not in the cemetery itself, but in a beautiful, sacred space between the church and cemetery grounds.

Pastor Katie Frooman and her congregation have invited us to unroll our mats together for a sweet hour of Yoga.

There’s no fee, but please bring a small gift of a pantry item or nonperishable food that will be donated to a local food bank.

To answer questions you might have:

• We are practicing outside, but the ground is flat and beautifully tended.
• There is a bathroom available.
• I will have extra mats with me.
• If it rains there will be no class.

You don’t need to sign up, but if you let me know you’re coming, I can send you directions, a reminder on the day of class, and a message in case things go sideways or rain shuts us down.
