Practice From Home — A Session For The Day!

Let’s make it official.  As part of the COVID-19 mitigation effort, there will be no Yoga classes at Peaceful Hands Yoga until further notice.  

But, I have put together a wide array of audio practices for you — from quickie classes to full-length studio classes — and they’re there for you 24-7.  Plus, you can mix and match the pieces of your favorite classes and create the perfect practice for your day.

We’re moving Peaceful Hands Yoga into the ether until we can practice together again … Join us!

You can sign-up at any time. I’ll aim to send out one practice a week. 

These are uncharted waters for all of us … so, let’s see if a little home Yoga can see us through this time and allow our Peaceful Hands family to stay together … even when we have to stay apart.

Maybe you’ve heard me talk about the limbs of Yoga in class.

The first two are the ones I’m thinking about right now …

The Yamas  — the ethics and morals of how we treat those around us.

The Niyamas – how we care for ourselves.

I think you know where I’m going here …

It breaks my heart, but it is, I believe, the right thing to do.

I am suspending my Yoga classes at Peaceful Hands as part of the effort to mitigate this fast-spreading COVID-19 virus.

Am I overreacting? Maybe. I sure hope so.

The Yamas of Yoga, the ethics of how we treat others, asks … no, it demands … that I care for you with love and compassion … with both wisdom and heart. And, that, for me means erring on the side of caution.

So, I’m going to use this website as our connection for now.  I’ll write again in the next day or so.  I’ll try to come up with a Plan B for helping give you some Yoga in the days ahead.
