There are all sorts of practices with different focuses … longer 60-minute practices, short “quickies,” just 5 or 10 minutes. There are practices just for your back … for your hips … for your shoulders … practices for stress relief … quieting practices for nighttime, perky practices for waking up.

Hey Jackie I’m Virginia. My daughter Kate signed me up or paid for 4 classes with you for Mothers Day! I am still 2 weeks out from recovering from a fractured left foot. So I feel like I should wait early June to start my sessions. I’ve never met you but remember you used to come out to WFS to give a yoga class in the evenings there for many of the faculty members. Not sure what class to sign up for so I’ll let you help me figure out which one I should start with. Look forward to hearing from you. Best
