Ready To Unroll Your Mat?

2024 Update: Peaceful Hands Yoga offers in-person classes in our Orange, Virginia studio. Plus, we continue to offer our virtual Ether Studio for those who also want to practice at home. (There are 147 online audio classes in all shapes and sizes … and more on the way. Yay!)

If you’d like more information on the current schedule and classes, please email me at jackie@peacefulhands.com

Yoga mat preferred. Chicken, optional.

If you’d like the latest monthly calendar email me: jackie@peacefulhands.com and I’ll forward it to you.

And, if the times and days don’t work for you … Many of us have been Yoga’ing together in the Peaceful Hands Ether Studio since March 2020 through easy-to-stream audio Yoga practices.

We have more than 115 classes in our audio archive … with new classes coming all the time!

There are all sorts of practices with different focuses … longer 60-minute practices, short “quickies,” just 5 or 10 minutes. There are practices just for your back … for your hips … for your shoulders … practices for stress relief … quieting practices for nighttime, perky practices for waking up.

Wanna give it a try? I’ll unlock an Ether Studio class for you to try FREE.

Just email me: jackie@peacefulhands.com and I’ll send you the link so you can unroll your mat and try out an ether class.

(Already an Ether Studio Subscriber or Super User? How about sharing this post with a friend who might want to join us?)

Whether it’s in the studio, in the ether … or both! … let’s unroll our mats together. ❤️

Here’s to peace, love … and Yoga!

Spread Love,  Jackie

September At Peaceful Hands Yoga!

If all goes according to the calendar, the days will start getting a little cooler … just right for some more Yoga In The Park.

Meet your “Ocean Wall.” 🙂

A few Yoga In The Park classes are on the schedule for September. Classes are limited in size, socially distanced, and under the shade trees in Orange.

And, when the days are too cool or too wet, you can keep your Yoga humming at home with audio classes from Peaceful Hands.

While our physical studio remains closed for now, Yoga in the Park, audio classes, and more are available for you and your mat right now. We call it our “Ether Studio.”

For the price of a single drop-in class at many studios, you can have 24-7 access to a library of classes for the month – different styles, lengths, and focuses. All sorts of Yoga … more than 30 classes so far, and new classes weekly … in an easy-streaming audio format.

Plus, Super Users get additional premium content … including guided meditations, Ayurvedic recipes, bonus classes, first dibs at Yoga In The Park, and more.

Life has been in upheaval in 2020, but your Yoga doesn’t have to be.

Info on the Peaceful Hands “Ether Studio” along with a quick, secure sign-up is here.

It’s not too late to sign up for Yoga in the Park classes this month, but you need to be an Ether Studio member to attend.

Questions and general howdy’dos are always welcome … jackie@peacefulhands.com

Yoga In The Park!

The view from my mat!

2021-2022 Update! Peaceful Hands Yoga is open for in-person classes! We still occasionally do an “in the park” class when the weather is just right and there’s enough interest.  But, classes at Peaceful Hands are here for you … and the Ether Studio is filled with more than 100 easy-to-stream audio classes.

More info on in-person classes in our Orange, Virginia studio is here

More info on our Peaceful Hands Online Ether Studio is here.

(August 2020) Last week, several folks in the Peaceful Hands “family” tried out Yoga in the Park classes — a new opportunity for us to practice safely together. It was great.

Here’s one post-class review from a student: “Thank you for Yoga In The Park. It’s been spectacular!”

And, another: “Looking up into the trees was amazing! It felt so good to be outside and practicing with friends again.”

With still no timetable for reopening our physical studio on Warren Street safely, Yoga In The Park, our occasional outdoor classes in Orange, is just one of many ways Peaceful Hands Yoga is helping keep all of us on our mats.

I’m continuing to upload audio classes weekly — with different class focuses and different lengths (from quickie 15-minute practices to full studio-length classes).  More than 25 classes are already available whenever you need them and new classes are added weekly.

Plus, I’m figuring out some live video class options for the weeks to come.

During this unsettled and stressful time, heaven knows, we need our Yoga more than ever.

Several of your Peaceful Hands friends have been keeping their Yoga fresh through the Peaceful Hands Ether Studio.

(If you’re already a member of the Ether Studio, I invite you to leave a comment at the bottom of this post, to let other’s know how it’s working for you. Your reviews mean a lot!)

If you’re not already a member, I would love for you to join us.

You can find out more about our Peaceful Hands Ether Studio, our two membership levels, and how to keep your Yoga practice fresh through our online classes and Yoga in the Park here.

This may not be how I expected our summer of Yoga to go, but I’m pleased that we are finding ways to stay connected.

Thank you for your encouragement and support. And, thank you for being part of the Peaceful Hands family.

I look forward to unrolling my mat with you — in the ether and in the park!

Summer’iciously Yours, Jackie
